1 . How early do I need to book my Taxi?

Please book your airport transfer taxi around 12 Hours - 24 Hours in advance. Most of the time, we accept the shorter notice. However, if an emergency, please give us a call to check our driver's availability.

2 . How do I find my driver at the Airport?

The pickup instruction will be sent to your Mobile phone via Text message and to your Email.

3 . Are you licensed Private Hire Operator or Airport Transfer?

Yes, we are fully licensed by the PCO (Public Carriage Office). We are licensed by The Transport for London.

4 . Are your prices quoted in Euros or Pounds?

All prices are quoted in UK pounds. Because of the fluctuations in the currency markets, it would be impossible to quote better tarrifs in all currencies.

5 . How many people are allowed to travel in a saloon Vehicle?

5 People including Driver. However, duing pandamic (Covid-19) 4 People includling Driver

6 . Is there a drop off charge at Gatwick or Heathrow?

Yes, From 01. 11. 2021, a £6 Drop-Off Charge will apply to all the Heathrow terminals forecourt drop-offs. From 02.05.2025, a £7 Drop-Off Charge will apply to all the Gatwick terminals forecourt drop-offs.

7 . Is drop-off charges included in your quote?

Yes. All our quotes are calculated including drop-off charges.

8 . Is pick-up charges included in your quote?

Yes. If you are booking via online you can select what type of pick-up you need from the Airport. Please follow the online booking prompt and select what type of pick-up you need (e.g: Meet and great). We have clearly indicated the type of pick-up and the cost.
